Invoicing services

Please find the Aesop invoice template here.

Guidance:

– You can fill this directly in a browser, such as Chrome, Firefox or Safari (it won’t work in Edge). Once filled, hit ‘save’ or ‘print’. If you hit print, make sure ‘save as pdf’ is the selected print option. Put your name and invoice number in the file name. The ‘account number’ box is for your bank account number.

– The form automatically calculates totals, you only need to enter unit prices and quantities.

– If there are not enough lines for all invoiced services, please create a second invoice, and add a -2 to the invoice number. E.g. ST150925-2.

Editing saved forms: Saved forms can only be edited using a PDF editor. Click here for a good, free, browser-based editor.

Dance Artists/ADAs:

      – You only need to use one line per location, but please include dates in the description. ‘Units’ are classes, in your case.

      – If you have mixed rates, use separate lines for different rates

      – If it is before the 17th, the due date is the last weekday of the month. If it is after 17th, the due date is the last weekday of next month.
