Dance to health Wales Online
Dance to Health provides a fun, sociable way for people aged 50 and over to incorporate physical activity and in particular strength and balance training into their daily life.
We are currently running a trial of online provision in Wales. This includes videos that can be streamed at home, and monthly online classes.

Live Delivery
Once a month, dance artist Emma Jenkins will lead an online class via Zoom. It’s a great way for participants to meet each other, and have a fun class from the comfort of their homes. The classes are free to attend for all Wales residents.
The first class will be at 10am on Sunday 26th January. Everyone signed up below will receive a Zoom link to join by email.

Film Library
We’re providing 12 weeks of free access to a library of 21 videos that participants can use at home, whenever they feel like it. These are pre-recorded and suited to mixed ability levels. All we ask is that participants fill out a short survey when they sign up, and a feedback survey after roughly 12 weeks.

“I was reluctant to give it a try at first because I was nervous about coming into a room full of strangers. But I’m so glad I did. Now when I come to Dance to Health, I am coming to see my friends.”
“After retirement my mobility had become increasingly compromised, by worn out, stiff and painful hips. After each session I was able to stand up straight instead of being stooped, if only temporarily, and move about more freely.”
