Dance to Health
Develop fitness and mobility through dance
Our Dance Artists have been given training in strength and conditioning. You’ll be too busy having fun to realise that you’re doing routines proven to increase and maintain your strength and balance – enabling you to enjoy an active lifestyle.
Accessible to all
We aim to develop classes with people of similar abilities and interests, tailoring the sessions to the group.
Whatever your level
Our classes enable participants to remain seated throughout the session or will get even the most fit and active participants working up a sweat!
Professional dance artists
Our dance artists share one thing in common, their passion for dance and their love of sharing it with others!
Each has a unique approach to dance; they may draw on dance techniques such as ballet, ballroom, Latin and contemporary dance. In all our sessions, the focus is on having fun, being creative and making new friends.
